Aleine Austin was historian and author born in New York City, July 19, 1922. Sampling of various kinds of popular songs arranged for voice and piano, many with guitar, ukulele, and/or banjo chords. Among them: "Till the end of Time" based on Chopin; "Tom Dooley" arranged by Alan Lomax; and "The Waltz You Saved For Me". Many in this collection have markings as if they were used in performance.
